Everytime I have submitted a loan to them, they have closed them quickly and smoothly. I was a new Loan Broker when I decided to partner with them and their training and help has been greatly appreciated. It gave me confidence that I could be very successful in the mortgage industry. Spoke with a woman today about why autopay had not gone through; most repetitive and convoluted conversation I have ever had. Don’t know if she was poorly trained or had mentation issues. Will simply resort to old fashioned method of mailing in checks. Simply inane.
