This is the second transaction we have had with Ron Haven and the Malone Group. We returned because our first interaction was flawless. Ron remained in constant contact almost daily on any and all the paperwork. Most importantly Ron stayed upon the rate market to assure we locked in the best rate available to us.

In response to Ronnette Montgomery's post: She is way off base. She was the seller of the home we recently purchased, and Ron Haven was our Real Estate Agent, not her's. Ron and the Malone Group were the most helpful, professional, and caring people I have ever met. It took us two months to close the deal because of difficulties on the Lender's side of things. During the deal we offered to purchase a refrigerator that was in the home. We wrote her a check, but she didn't want to deposit the check to her account, instead she wanted a cashiers check. It cost me an additional $35 to stop payment and get a cashiers check just to satisfy her. I was trying to be nice and accommodate her, but after seeing the review she left, I am sorry I went out of my way. What a piece of work.

I've known and done business multiple times with Ron Haven for over ten years now. I have never known a more conscientious, caring, and dedicated business person, friend and family man. Ron always has and does give a thousand percent to whatever he is involved in. I'm still interested in that acreage Ron... When I'm ready, YOU'RE IT!!!!
