He endured so that I would not give up. He and the entire staff made me feel welcome and encouraged. He came to the loan doc signing which I did not expect. Professional and kind. Tracy, Stacy, Mariana and Adrien were prompt, cordial, and available to help with any and all questions. My situation was a little challenging due to transferring from being a student to an employed worker, but they addressed all potential difficulties and made the whole process very smooth, low stress, and easy. Summit Funding did a fabulous job of making my home purchase a great experience. B.Craig Moore, Edward Powers, Ann Marie Lugo, Kimberly and all of the Powers team did a fabulous job of explaining how everything works and communicating with me constantly. Contacted me anytime I needed to send required information to keep the loan on track to a quick and timely closing. They guided me through the process of getting CHFA, to assist in my down payment. A big kudos goes out to my real-estate broker Alvida Isadora Ahmad and her team too, from the Brokers Guild. Without her none of this could've been possible. Codi was absolutely amazing. She came in 18 days before our anticipated closing date and found us a better rate and was able to ensure our closing date was not pushed back at all. She communicated with us through the whole process and took a lot of our stress and anxiety of buying a home away. Could not recommend her enough!
