First time home buyer is a scary process, from getting the right loan to home searching. Robin (loam officer) went above and beyond to get us the right loan that fit us. He was on call if I had any questions, his explanations to everything were very easy to comprehend. I would 100% do business with GFS Loans again.

Robin is fantastic! This was my first home purchase, so my first home loan, I was nervous and had a lot of questions. We started with a brief conversation about what I was looking for in a home, area I was looking to move, what I made a year, and what debts I had. Just from that he had a game plan and a loan in mind that would work for me. Within a day he had me pre-approved and set me up with this cool spreadsheet that showed me what my payments would look like at each price range and interest rate and it broke down what all went into that cost, leaving nothing hidden or questioned. I was on a tight timeframe to get the close done before the end of the year. Robin made it happen in 18 days! He is helpful, responsive, and extremely knowledgeable. I look forward to working with him again in the future.

I do many commercial loans and Robin assisted me with my home loan. I have never met someone so dedicated to achieving my goal. I was able to get my dream house that cost me $2.2 million at an incredible rate. There are no words to describe how incredible he was.
