Excellent communication and availability to answer all of our questions, even after business hours. This was so important to us as first-time homebuyers and so refreshingly different from our initial loan officer at another bank. It was clear she did everything she could to make sure we got the best deal, making sure she presented us with all the options we had, even ones we never knew about. She was extremely knowledgeable. I am officially a homeowner and I have Jennifer Martell and the rest of the team at PRMG to thank! I just got started on my house hunt mid-March, and the time it took to go from looking to closed only took about a month, huge thanks in part to Jennifer who was incredibly quick and helpful from the start. My realtor suggested Jennifer to me, as she was local loan officer working with California’s Dream for All program, which offered first-time homeowners down payment loans. This program opened up March 27, but Jennifer let me know when I could start looking and putting in offers, with instructions on what I would need to do next to qualify for the government program. By the start of the program, I already had an offer on a house, which was accepted just days after the beginning of the program. There were a couple snags along the way that were beyond our control, but Jennifer was incredibly on top of things to ensure we closed on time with the necessary funding so I could get into my new home without the deal falling through. I’m happy to say that all went well and I am an official homeowner, largely in part due to Jennifer’s hard work. The funds for California’s Dream for All program were all accounted for within 11 days, so we really made it all work in a very short amount of time. I don’t anticipate needing to work with a loan officer again for a while, but when the time arises, I would certainly go with Jennifer and PRMG again and would recommend them to friends, as well!

Ken was an outstanding person to work with. He provided lots of great information and answered all of my questions. I was never lost during the home buying process and there were no surprises because everything was explained so clearly. Nicole was also fantastic to work with. She was very fast with handling all the paperwork and communicating with me. Overall, it was a very smooth process. We will reach out to Ken and Nicole again when we purchase our next home.
