Todd Goddard1 StarI don't usually leave negative feedback, but with mortgage processing, at times being one of the biggest investments in peoples' lives, I feel compelled to do so. I have 30+ years in the real estate industry, so I have an understanding of the loan process.
I worked with a mortgage broker who hired Samantha's company to process refinancing for my personal residence. We experienced terrible response time, with many instances when Samantha took several days or more to respond. Samantha made requests throughout the process for information that I, or my mortgage broker, had already provided for her. She always had an excuse for not following through. Our mortgage broker tried his best to make up for Samantha's lack of professionalism, even paid a rate lock extension fee, and is no longer hiring her company. Samantha, if you find this feedback, take it constructively, start being upfront with your clients and stop making excuses. Even if you don't have good news, follow-up with your client in an expedient manner. Any communication is better than none.Thursday 25th January 2024
