My husband and I had a great experience with MItch when we had him look over our mortgage situation a few years ago to see if there was good reason or not for us to pursue refinancing our current loan. After carefully studying our loan details, MItch called to let us know it would actually NOT be in our best interest at that time to pursue a refinance. We REALLY appreciated his honesty and integrity! It was obvious to us that he truly cares about his customers and their financial well being rather than just money in his pocket! We felt so confident with him that we more recently referred him to our son who bought an investment property. Not only does he have the willingness to say ‘no” to a potential loan if it is not in the best interest of his client, but as we walked through our son’s loan process with him, we saw first-hand how MItch’s years of experience and efficient, hands-on way he serves his clients helps them get to the finish line with flying colors.
