We purchased a home with Mimi almost a 1 year ago and it was the best experience. We can not show our appreciation enough!!! 2 years before meeting Mimi and Ana, we met with a realtor & mortgage lender that left us with no direction and no confidence in buying a home anytime soon. However, the moment we sat down with Mimi she helped us understand so much with our budget, how to tackle our debt and everything a first time home buyer should understand. It was very clear she was motivated in helping us. Once we found our home she worked very hard to get us the best loan. For a moment, we almost did not qualify for the better first time home buyer program, but she worked hard and was able to get it for us!! We were very grateful for her phenomenal efforts and unmatched skills. 10/10 and will always recommend!!!!!!

I can’t speak highly enough about Mimi. From the beginning it was very clear that she had our best interest in mind. We did our first consultation late November 2024 and Mimi walked us through understanding and getting our finances in a place to be ready to purchase. We left with goals and a plan and started looking for homes early March 2025. Closed mid-April. It always felt like we were the priority. She was quickly responsive, helpful, and clear. We never felt pressured, rushed, or unprepared. My husband and I thought we were years away from being able to own a home, and Mimi and Ana truly made our dream come true. We can’t imagine having gone through the intimidating process of obtaining a first time home loan with someone other than Mimi, and we can’t wait for our next!
