I've dealt with multiple lenders in the past, and no one comes close to the organization and professionalism we received from Matt. I will definitely be recommending him and his team to our friends & family, and he'll be top of my list when we need to refi or buy another property!

Matt and his team are incredibly knowledgable and experts in their craft which is reassuring to first time buyers. However what really stood out to me is the passion and kindness that Matt has. Matt and his whole team has worked really hard to make sure that I got the best refinance deal available, explained rates and scenarios, discussed likely market trends and recommendations based off of that. They also helped tremendously with all third parties needed (VA refinance and needed repairs and appraisals done). Very professional, quick responses, knowledgeable. No complaints.

We found Matt Gouge on Matt The Mortgage Guy on YouTube and after watching quite a few insightful videos and participating in his Monday live videos, we knew that this would be the loan officer we would trust to help us purchase our home. Cheesy right? Well, I must say that we were not disappointed! He became available for questions and conversations the moment we reached out. People talk about how difficult and stressful it is to get pre-approved and purchasing a home can be, but working with Matt and his team(Shana, Laura, and Jen) at MTMG/UMortgage was incredibly smooth. Communication was impeccable to say the least! The updates and emails were frequent and if we had any questions, they were available. We definitely feel their quick and smooth timeframe played a major role in getting us into our dream home under asking price despite only being on the market 10 days.
