You will not find a lender more in tune with the economy than Mark Teran. I have been using Mark for over 10 years for loans /refi’s. Mark doesn’t just help you with your home loan, he has been an invaluable resource for all my market questions throughout the years. I’ve called him several times for information, rate info , market conditions etc and he has been a great sound board and helped me make strategic moves that have paid off. Finally got us into our dream home and I can’t recommend him enough!
