My wife and I worked with Sam and Margie throughout the entire home buying process. They both went above and beyond in all regards. They were responsive and proactive in their communications with us at all times of day. They communicated with the seller's agent and all other parties and helped us secure our first home with their ability to move fast and close even faster (2 weeks from offer acceptance to close). The task of picking a lender can be daunting because there are so many. I think MAE is in that Goldilocks zone; small business feel yet has all the tools and knowledge of some of the bigger conglomerates. I have primarily worked with Sam and it was a pleasure. Don’t borrow from people over the phone! Set up a meeting and come into MAE and experience the difference.
