WOW!! What can I say? Out the gate Lisa set the standard of her knowledge and service and she didn't divert. Lisa knows her stuff and is all about serving her client first to the absolute best of her ability. Regular updates and incredibly responsive, if she wasn't immediately available, she would send a short text saying so and then call back as soon as she was able to solely concentrate on our wants and needs. Purchasing a house is very stressful and Lisa eliminated everything that was stressful about getting a loan and simply explained each step which really helped. I will always use Lisa for future purchases and I can't recommend her highly enough for people looking to purchase a home or even refinance.
