Jonathan was amazing from the start to Now. As a first time home seller, I had a lot of questions about the entire process. He kept me informed on the whole process and answered all of the questions I had along the way. He was very responsive and quick to answer any questions. He was quick to help me find contractors to help me with some repairs that were needed at the house before selling it. We met Jonathan at the neighbor's open house and asked him to "take a look at our home and give us some recommendations to make ours more ready to sell". We really liked Jonathan's approach, diplomacy and advice, so we listed our home for sale with him and started a terrific partnership. Jonathan was able to help us transform our 35 year old home (showing it's age) with non-working pool on a quarter acre, into a move-in ready sanctuary in the suburbs...a perfect place to relax with your family. Jonathan is able to help you get the most bang for your buck with any project you undertake to get your home ready for sale.
