He was our loan officer and I cannot tell you grateful I am for him and his hard work and expertise! He not only helped my husband and I by getting us approved for our home loan but he also referred us to the best realtor in the land! He was very responsive . He was on point and on time when it was so important for us! He is the best at what he does. Its a process buying a home, so many steps so much paperwork . When you have good people helping you good things happen! John was a very important part of this home buying process and I 100% recommend him !

AWESOME!!!! I would recommend John to anyone. John is very knowledgeable and tells you what to expect and prepares you for possible outcomes. Be up front and transparent with John to provide the best and expedient experience. I was upfront with John and explained all my financial situations, potential issues and he was proactive with assisting how to overcome the barriers. However, we had no barriers and we had a very smooth 30 day escrow. John is familiar with all programs and helps you select the best option for you to purchase a home. John even waited for the best interest rate and locked it in so we wouldn't lose it. John gave us scenarios with financial information to help us make a selection on a house using numbers to figure out potential mortgages. John communicates frequently and answers all questions at his earliest convenience. This dude is awesome. Cant say enough about him. No Joke! You'll be shocked at his attention to detail and his willingness to help you. I've dealt with some financial professionals and John is absolutely the BEST! I will struggle to add enough emphasis to how strongly I recommend using John Casey's service in the pursuit of a purchase or refi loan. The first loan for my first house was with John almost 20 years ago. I have worked with him at least 10 times since, and will for any future loans, because he has consistently delivered such high quality service. He has extensive knowledge of the loan market and available incentive programs. This knowledge saved us thousands up front on the purchase we just completed. He is an advocate for what you need as the loan consumer, spending what has to be hours on the phone with title companies and underwriters, working to get everything complete and on time. Next time I'm looking for a loan, he'll be the only one I call.
