Jim is fantastic! I recently bought a condo, and he was my loan originator. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, thorough, and kind throughout the whole process. He walked me through the financials step by step and made sure I felt comfortable and informed. He was always easily accessible and open to answering any and all of my questions.
