Iron Point Mortgage has been amazing to work with… I started working with Kevin Fritz back in 2006. The market was iffy up-and-down and I was brand new to purchasing. Kevin went out of his way to teach me the ins and outs, how to make sure my credit was top-notch so I could qualify for the best rates and then he worked with me to get into the perfect house for my family. I learned of Kevin and Ironpoint mortgage from a friend’s daughter. He had been very successful helping her daughter get an excellent rate when they purchased a house so I thought I would give him a try. I’ve used him several times and have always found him to be extremely hard-working, conscientious, thorough, considerate and kind, and have had excellent experiences. I especially like the fact that he is proactive, contacting me when interest rates were dropping and helping me refinance to a more favorable rate. I don’t think you’ll find anyone better in this business.
