We found Patrick after finding a property online. He was fantastic to work with. Communication was excellent and his experience was extremely helpful in helping us understand the process. We used his recommendation for a pest inspector and he was instrumental in helping negotiate a purchase. He is also a competent loan officer. We already had financing in place when we met Patrick but I would have felt comfortable using him as a lender as well.
