Fred was so informative and helpful during this whole home buying process. Fred suggested and assisted us on obtaining an Underwriter Approval, ASAP, in order to give us the head start/advantage by the time our agent had to communicate with the sellers agents which strengthened our bidding power. I called him our money guy throughout this whole process. He worked the numbers based on our finances and comfort levels. He found the best loans for us and consistently provided us visuals of comparisons amongst our choices and didnt hesistate to educate/inform us when we had questions. Fred is absolutely amazing. This is our second time using him and he doesn’t disappoint. He is very responsive and provides a quick turnaround. He just got us an amazing refi at the lowest rate with cash out and our monthly mortgage payment went down nearly $100!
