We went through Finance of America for our mortgage loan and can't say enough great things about our experience. Anthony was our lender in particular, and the other realtor told us our offer was identical to another person's and the seller went with us because they got good vibes from Anthony. And after working with him, it's easy to see why. Super helpful, transparent, and really breaks down the finances for you. As a first time buyer, this was really refreshing and much appreciated. We got a great loan at a great rate. Highly recommended.

People always say that buying a house is one of the top 3 most stressful things a person can do in their lifetime, but Kristie made the transaction a breeze. She went out of her way to make sure we understood everything we were signing by sending sample docs and explaining everything that we could expect throughout escrow and during our signing. This made the actual process of signing so quick and easy as we had already been over everything and had no questions. She also explored every option that could possibly save us money and communicated openly with our Title Company and Buyers Agent. There was a point in time where a delay with the Title Company looked like it may delay our closing date, but Kristie went to bat for us and made sure that didn't happen. We ended up closing on time and at the end of the transaction when we had our keys, we had to ask ourselves why buying a house was considered to be so stressful because she had made it so easy for us! ***UPDATE*** SO we returned for a refinance and let me tell you - the level of customer service has not diminished. Kristie again went above and beyond to keep the lines of communication open during the entire process. She is proactive and knowledgeable about the process and again had no problem slowing down to keep us up to speed. We went through Kristie when we were first time home buyers and had all the confidence in the world returning for our refinance. She did not disappoint.
