Aaron is the first lender/broker I spoke with who was able to get me pre-approved to purchase a home. In the midst of sharing my journey with other people I became overwhelmed because someone always "had a guy" I should work with so I became overwhelmed and unsure of what direction to go in and I ended up switching directions and got pre-approved with another lender that did not net me the results I was looking for. During this time Aaron stayed in contact with me. He would provide me with market updates, answer any questions I had, and remained 100% supportive even though we weren't working together. It got to a point where my credit was stating to be negatively impacted and I was considering renting an apartment but the more I looked at rentals the more I felt dissatisfied. So, on the day that I found an apartment that I was strongly considering renting I decided to reach out to Aaron one final time before making a decision I knew I would regret and it was the best decision I had ever made. Aaron got me pre-approved within the hour, and teamed me up with an amazing realtor, Kyle from Palisades Realty. We went on one house hunting excursion and looked at 5 homes...I placed an offer that day and got my keys 29 days later. What's amazing about these two gentlemen is they are a great team, they helped me meet terms that were specific to me, I felt no pressure, they were honest and upfront, professional, personalable, and they have changed my life for the best. The purchasing process was smooth and we did not experience any hiccups or set backs. Without Aaron and Kyle I would be unhappy somewhere paying rent.
