Do you remember your last mortgage loan? Was your loan officer available after hours, on weekends, and on YOUR schedule? Did your loan officer at the title company for your final loan signing? Has your loan officer been in contact with you after your loan funded? If your loan was made by me, the answer to all these questions would be YES, YES, and YES! Recently my Husband and I refinanced our house with Dave. He kept us updated on how things were going. He was able to get us the lowest interest rate available. He’s an honest and trustworthy guy, who makes this experience effortless. We would highly recommend Dave for anyone who is purchasing a new home or refinancing an existing loan. David is the most ethical, knowledgeable & caring lender that I have EVER worked with. I always recommend him to all of my clients as I know that he will take outstanding care of them, something that I do not find with any other lenders I have encountered in my 13 years of working in Real Estate. He always does what is best for the client, even if it means that he will not see any financial gain from the solution!  Interest rates literally change daily and sometimes multiple times throughout the day.  The only interest I have is getting you the lowest possible rate I can offer at the time I lock your loan.  Paper, TV and Internet lending advertising are designed to get you to call.  Most of the time their programs do not apply, or their interest rates are weeks old.  If it seems too good to be true it usually is! The answer is simple. A Mortgage Company like Integrity Mortgage has access to a variety of lenders, programs, and rates. Banks, credit unions, and finance companies don’t. There are many lending programs available in today’s competitive world. Rates and pricing differ widely among lending institutions, which is another advantage to using a mortgage loan broker. A good mortgage loan originator like myself will research and place a loan with the lender that is most competitive and meets each client’s needs.

Dave came highly recommended by others and we had a great experience working with him on a refinance. He was extremely well organized and was great at anticipating any hiccups in advance. He also had access to the most competitive rates at the time. He had a very well established paperwork phase and the loan progressed/closed just as he described before we started. He was easily available any time we had a question (even on a weekend or after 5pm) and was present at the closing as our advocate. He did more than just process our loan effectively.
