Working with Cynthia made buying our first home so easy. She really helped explain the process which for a first time buyer is greatly appreciated. She really took the extra effort to help us secure the best deal. Cynthia really gave us the sense that she was looking out for us and our best interest, for example when we bought our home was right at the start of covid in April of 2020 she did everything in her power to make sure our lender would still lend to us in a time when many a people were having their loans turned down. She predicted this would happen and sent our info to be approved early to help make sure our lender would still approve us for our loan. I definitely recommend working with Cindy! My fiancé and I are new to entering the housing market in the Bay Area and didn’t know anything about the process of preparing to buy a home.
