Gary Kesler, and Central Valley Home Lending are impressive beyond words. Gary has great rates and saved my buyer over $7,000 in upfront fees, as well as obtaining a better interest rate than other lenders offer for their home purchase. Gary, was able to have everything ready to go and close two days ahead of schedule, all documents signed everything done. No last-minute chaos or scrambling. From start to finish 17 days and done. My buyers needed a little extra handholding, due to one being self-employed, Gary ever so gently did everything he needed & More. His online portal is a timesaver and incredibly efficient. Gary is drama free, a master communicator, and seamlessly gets the job done. I have been a Realtor for over 20 years and never had a Lender so on their game. I highly recommend anyone who needs a loan to call Gary and let him give you his pricing. He has been in the business a long time and knows the ins and outs.
