Ethan and Kelly are absolutely amazing! As an experienced agent that has worked with many lenders, I was actually amazed at their efficacy, professionalism, and most importantly communication. I was updated on a weekly basis and anytime there was an update, progress, item needed, etc... Kelly and Ethan were quick to call and email with all pertinent information. The best part is that they also made sure the other agent was just as informed and updated on our transaction. We had a quick close with a solar lease, and there were absolutely ZERO hiccups due to their proficiency. Ethan and Kelly are rockstars. As a first time homebuyer, I knew very little about the home-buying process, and Brizzi Financial made it quick, simple, and a great experience! When I say that Kelly went above and beyond, that is an understatement. During the underwriting process, we found a recurring charge on my bank statement and I didn't know exactly what it was. Kelly spent a few days doing the research and making calls to help me figure out what the charge was. Ethan helped me save time and money. Every time I had a decision to make, he was on the phone ready to help me and guide me. Truly white glove service. Could not recommend them enough. This should be everybody's go to.
