Billy Cunningham - My loan was for a rental, requiring rental income to cover part of mortgage. It was tricky but he knew how to manuever and make it happen. Billy was communicative from day one - weekends and evenings too. He is no pressure. He always acted in my interest as a client. He connected with both buying and selling realtors, with title, with insurance. Buying a home is not a simple process but Billy helped me every step of the way. Even after escrow had closed he shopped for and found insurance that was half the original insurance cost. I was a more informed borrower after all of this, and Billy helped guide and inform me from beginning to end. He can do the same for you.

When you think home buying, you typically approach it with a negative connotation. The act of relaying over your credit score, your bank info, and being in a perpetual state of insecurity is never fun. We were recommended to Billy Cunningham from another happy homebuyer and I have to say, Billy made the process more digestible and pleasant. As we slowly were being discouraged by the onslaught of open houses, he was alway a helpful shoulder to lean on with questions.
