Pros: Jon works with Redfin as partner and gives a little better rate for redfin client. Cons: 1. Very pushy for signing before we have enough time to clear all doubts. 2. This mortgage keeps an escrow account after closing even we paid more than 50% downplay and have around 800 credit score. It caused big trouble for us because Bay equity sells the mortgage right after closing, so do not accept our request to close the escrow account. It is very clear no borrower wants to have escrow account to save property tax and insurance beforehand, no interest and lost control. We were not being asked and explained during mortgage application process.

Other loan folks may just work 8-5 but Brad is always available to answer questions and always on top of his game. He is the best! We had a great experience working with him.

We were referred to Brad via our real estate agent. Brad was very great to work with on a day to day basis. He was very quick to respond to both email and text messages, and always answered our questions with all the detail that we needed. We felt that we were always kept up to date throughout the underwriting and lending process. Where Brad really shined was in his role as a buyer advocate. Whenever we put in an offer, he would always reach out to the seller agent, introduce himself, and gave the seller agent an overview of how qualified we were. In many cases, he already had a relationship with the seller agent. Brad made the mortgage process incredibly straightforward and transparent. Brad and his team worked so fast that we were ready to close in 17 days. Amazing experience all around!

Brad was extremely communicative throughout the process. He answered our questions in a quick and timely manner, far faster than was even likely required. He took the time to put together great videos to explain various elements of the processes, that were specific to our documents and needs. I have never seen something quite like how Brad does these video communications, but they are highly effective and greatly appreciated. Honestly, Brad was a major element in making this entire, normally very stressful process, smooth and stress free, and gave me confidence in my decision making and moving forward with a home loan. I was a first time home buyer and I felt the loan process was made clear and understandable (removing the anxiety and stress of not knowing anything about home loans, paperwork, ect) due to the effort Brad put into his videos & communications with myself.
