Could not believe the service and clarity we received. John made sure both my wife and I understood every loan we had an option for, and even helped us get a head on Loan limits before they officially got raised. Really went above and beyond for us in a unique and difficult market. Wife and I work a lot and Arnez came highly recommended. After talking to several mortgage brokers I was pretty discouraged for my first time home buying experience. I thought it would be at least another year before my husband and I could buy a house. After talking with John he gave us a game plan and hope to get us qualified for a house. He gave us a check list of things we needed to take care of while he worked hard on his end. He answered all my questions, and I asked a lot of them. 😇 When I first contacted John I was doubtful that our dream of homeownership was even possible, we had been building credit for over a year and I thought for sure we were another year or more away from even completing our dream. I was pleasantly surprised that I was wrong. 😍 Thankful that in just a couple short months, and fixing a few items on our credit.... WE OWN OUR FIRST HOME!!!
