We owe the biggest thank you to Michele Evans Milota!!! Everything happened for a reason, and someone was looking out for us the day we walked into the open house and met her. We had just gone back into Escrow for another home with a terrible lender, and we were in the process of making the worst financial decisions of our lives. She got us lower payments, a lower rate, and a better home for our family. She also saved us from taking out a 2nd 15-year loan to cover closing costs that we were getting ready to go forward with. Being first-time home buyers without any real knowledge of how home loans are structured had left us vulnerable to a very predatory lender. She took a lot of her own time to educate us. She was patient with us and used language we were able to easily understand. She didn't stop there. She continued going above and beyond throughout the entire process!!
