American Pacific Mortgage - Melissa Carson

With her family having been in the real estate industry since before she was born, Melissa Carson carries on the family tradition by starting her Mortgage Advisor career in 2005. Since then, her passion for helping people realize their dreams of homeownership has only grown. This passion fuels her dedication.

Melissa obtained her A.A. degree from American River College and had since worked for large banks, a community bank, a broker, and a direct lender before finding her calling at American Pacific Mortgage. Her experience has granted her a deep understanding of the many facets of the mortgage industry. Being a direct lender and working with APMC gives her access to any loan program her clients could want, giving her the backing she needs to support the many families that count on her.

Born and raised in the Sacramento/Carmichael area her entire life, Melissa’s family has always been involved in our community. She now raises her family in the Fair Oaks area and wouldn't want to live anywhere else. She believes the sense of community in the area is fantastic and loves being outdoors on the bike trail with her kids.
