Loessberg Investments, Inc DBA 1 Stop Lending was established in 2012 by Owner and President, Dez Loessberg. It is a small single family owned and operated business based in Gold River, CA. The Company’s focus is having low priced home financing while providing excellent customer service. Our number priority is YOU, our valued client. “Re-mortmage can be painless” 1STOPLENDING is a great company. On initial meeting, Mr. Loessberg clearly explained the different products on the market and together we decided on the best option.
